Welcome to the ERTSS Instructor Portal. Once you have access, this tool will allow you to complete several tasks Including:
- Submit Course Rosters Online and pay for certification eCards.
* ERTSS will issue eCards for you!
If you wish to issue your own eCards directly to your students,
use the eCard order form to purchase your eCards and then issue them
directly to your students from the AHA Atlas Platform. - View how many courses you have taught.
- View past course information including Date, Location, Type Course and
students. - Review your AHA Instructor Status.
- Update your Account Information: Phone, email, address, etc. (Required )
Before you can access this tool, you will need to register, and READ the User Guide. This is NOT the AHA Atlas Website.
Please complete the form below to register your ERTSS Online Instructor Account.
Approvals are not instant. ERTSS Staff must update your info before the account is approved. Approvals are processed M-F 8:30am – 4:30 pm.
Once approved, please login and review / update your information under the “Your Information” Tab
Once you have submitted your registration and it has been approved, you will be able to login to the Instructor Portal.

Once you login; Your 1st action is to update your information: Address, Phone Number(s), etc. Do this under the “Your Information” tab (Realtime Credit Card Processing is Active)
