Training Centers issue Current Written Exams to their affiliated Instructors. To request current AHA Written Exams, the AHA Requires that each Training Center have an exam security process in place to maintain Exam integrity. Once Exams have been released to Affiliated Instructors, then the exam security and integrity becomes the responsibility of the Instructor.
The ERTSS Training Center security process is as follows:
- To request AHA Exams, email mitzi@ertss.com.
- In the email header, use ” Requesting AHA Exam
- In the message area, list the AHA Exams that your are requesting.
- Once we have confirmed that you are a Current Affiliated AHA Instructor, we will attach the requested exam(s) to your email request and simply hit the “reply” button. This will send the email directly back to the requesting Instructor’s email address. The exam package is a pdf document and includes the latest versions, answer sheets, answer keys and annotated versions. Do Not email ERTSS and request that the email be sent to a different email address. Do Not use the Contact Us Form to request Exams.
- Once you receive the requested exams, save them in a secure place and maintain exam integrity by using best practices for AHA exam security found in the AHA PAM.
